https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/forms.html#attr-fe-inputmode-keyword-full-width-latin

In the description of full-width-latin keyword for the inputmode attribute, the link suggested in the third column "Latin Prose" state refers to "Latin Text" state.
Which is correct?

It should be "Latin Prose" since it's near identical and you can have multiple levels of fallback.

Hey, welcome. https://github.com/whatwg/html/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md has guidelines. The TL;DR is that you need to modify the "source" resource to fix the mistake mentioned in OP and then also add your name to the acknowledgments section, assuming it's not there already. Let me know if you have any further questions.
