The optional 'radiusY' and 'rotation' parameters were added to the spec four years ago (part of git commit e25d3f9) and have not been implemented by anyone (AFAICT). If nobody really wants them, we should remove these from the spec.

Agreed. Do you have a hotlist of canvas implementers from the different vendors that we could ping to make sure none of them were planning on implementing soon? If I recall @grorg is the right person from Apple.

@hober could you maybe comment on behalf of Apple? @mstange for Mozilla? @travisleithead for Microsoft?

@junov if these are still not implemented I think we should just go ahead and drop them, unless we hear something this week.
