Cuts requested by Sue Jones who will be presenting this time; done by commenting out in LaTeX source.
Slide title change suggestion from Sue Jone.
Want to include (most) of the commands they have to type, but without giving away any of the surprises (as in the full slides/handouts with the complete exercises and the explanation).
Earlier commit removed them as quick hack until I found
the slides vs handout toggle with:

vs:
\input{sections/preamble_handouts}

I'll cherry-pick from these. For the abridged examples I'll modify the text in the include files in the subdirectories, rather than take the proposed change directly. |

This was what Sue & I used in July 2015, commenting out a few slides for length, and adding abridged versions of examples to the handout mode to ensure students had printed version of commands in front of them (without giving away the surprises).
At a minimum I suggest cherry-picking the abridged examples for handout mode.
