Option to not down-case page titles

Plugin always down-cases the titles of pages when converting wiki-links to HTML. It would be greate if there was a configuration option to turn the down-casing of the titles off, so that the titles are copied into the resulting HTML links as-is. Do you think this is possible? Thanks!
