This stabilizing version updates the gem file so that bundler will now automatically install all the gems currently used. Previously in development two plugins, rubycas-client-rails and to_csv were not available through bundler. This revision will also fix the application to properly use the to_csv plugin so that csv files are generated correctly when requested.

Hotfix: Changed the submission model, removing the old entries of first year classes and adding a new one.
Hotfix: Changed the laser cutter form, revising the agreement to match the new terms.
Hotfix: Changed the submission model, added "Final Portfolio Submission December 2011" and "Graduating Students Portfolio Submission December 2011".
