You can install the package via composer:
composer require wilsenhc/parse-contribuyenteThe package will automatically register itself.
This validation rule will pass if the RIF value passed in the request is valid.

use Wilsenhc\ParseContribuyente\ParseContribuyente;

$parser = new ParseContribuyente($body);
