Colima is having some trouble with k8s networking, so it doesn't fully function really. I'd like to demote support for colima to "experimental" and fall back to docker-desktop for now.
Also, since this is the default mode, I made sure to add support for correct host port mapping for key services including DNS and the local image registry container.
Because we're using the DNS registry, it turns out that the normal resolver stuff works locally! So we don't need to mess with
/etc/hostsat all. The more consistency the better.
