Oh, completely missed this! Since the (long overdue) update to Net-SNMP 5.9.4, this would need to be changed in win32/Configure. And preferably, patches should be contributed to https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/. Ideally, we shouldn't patch at all (except maybe for BC with what we had). |

@weltling This PR creates a libsnmp.pdb which is what the compiler is looking for when linking netsnmp.lib.
Configure line in /win32 (with OpenSSL in your lib-path):
perl Configure --prefix=/usr --with-sdk --with-ssl --with-ipv6 --with-winextdllfollowed by a couple of nmake commands.
