WPB-19485 [Web] Implement updating of browserslist

Description

• Update the Browserlist to target modern browser versions, not dead and only those from the last 365 days.
• Update caniuse-light database
• Install modern browserslist package
• Dedupe NPM packages to remove duplicates, old versions and conflicts
• Fix typescript issues after deduping
