Add new plugins to Starlight (resources/plugin.mdx)

Description

• add new plugin called starlight-sidebar-plugin (@HiDeoo )
• add new plugin called starlight-sidebar-plugin-dropdown (@trueberryless )
• Both plugins allow for multiple sections on the website which can be switched in the Sidebar (they differenciate in the visuals).

1000 thanks to @HiDeoo the actual idea for such a plugin was their idea! (I just changed the visuals a bit)
