MARRMoT_v2.1.2

This release contains the latest MARRMoT files, its supporting materials and user manual. MARRMoT has been updated to version 2.1.1 Main changes compared to v1 include code refactoring to rely on object-oriented programming and speed-ups in the model solving routines. The paper describing these changes was peer reviewed and published in Geoscientific Model Development (Trotter et al., 2022; https://doi.org/10.5194/gmd-15-6359-2022)

Since MARRMoT v2.1 was peer reviewed, the following minor changes to the code were implemented

Changes included in the release of v2.1.1

• Edits to my_cmaes to fix typos and improve clarity of outputs to screen
• Typos fixed in models m_13 and m_28
• Edits to MARRMoT_model class to make model objects loadable
• Addition of new objective functions of_MARE and of_PCMARE
• Updates to the README file

Changes included in the releas of v2.1.2 (this release)

• Edits to my_cmaes to fix typos (including error running parallel evaluation)
• Typo fixed in flux evap_15 affecting m_41 and m_45
• Updates to the README file

This release contains the latest MARRMoT files, its supporting materials and user manual. MARRMoT has been updated to version 2.1.1 Main changes compared to v1 include code refactoring to rely on object-oriented programming and speed-ups in the model solving routines. This release contains the latest MARRMoT files, its supporting materials and user manual. MARRMoT has been updated to version 2. MARRMoT_v1.4

This release contains the latest MARRMoT files as described in the paper "Modular Assessment of Rainfall-Runoff Models Toolbox (MARRMoT) v1.2: an open-source, extendable framework providing implementations of 46 conceptual hydrologic models as continuous space-state formulations", its Supporting Materials, and the MARRMoT User Manual v1.3.

Compared to MARRMoT v1.3, the code in v1.4 has been modified to fix a bugs in some models' and fluxes' definitions. See changelog.

The description in the article (referred to v1.2) and the User Manual (referred to v1.3) are still applicable to this release.

MARRMoT_v1.3

This release contains the MARRMoT files as described in the paper "Modular Assessment of Rainfall-Runoff Models Toolbox (MARRMoT) v1.2: an open-source, extendable framework providing implementations of 46 conceptual hydrologic models as continuous space-state formulations", its Supporting Materials, and the MARRMoT User Manual v1.3.

Compared to MARRMoT v1.2, the code in v1.3 has been modified to fix a bug in the flux file 'interflow_9'. See changelog.

MARRMoT_v1.2

This release contains the MARRMoT files as described in the paper "Modular Assessment of Rainfall-Runoff Models Toolbox (MARRMoT) v1.2: an open-source, extendable framework providing implementations of 46 conceptual hydrologic models as continuous space-state formulations", its Supporting Materials, and the MARRMoT User Manual v1.2.

Compared to MARRMoT v1.1, the code in v1.2 has been modified in response to user feedback. See changelog.
