After the upstream conflict with the merge of slightly modified #808, I added substantially more changes to the Espressif examples in addition to sync from upstream. See force push of b9658bcb9658bc. The new error in edit: Manually re-running the failed job met with success. |

This PR includes updates from #808 and #809, which should be merged first, please.
Otherwise this PR refreshes the Espressif examples with the latest
user_settings.h,CMakeFiles.txt, etc, from wolfSSL template. In particular see wolfSSL/wolfssl#8847The Espressif echo server example is also updated from the core echo server.
