Sets Espressif example wolfSSL
user_settings.hto enableWOLFSSL_WOLFSSHwhen SSH is enabled viaESP_ENABLE_WOLFSSH(a manual setting) orCONFIG_ESP_ENABLE_WOLFSSH(an sdkconfig / KConfig setting) .This is in response to wolfSSL/wolfssh-examples#8 and I'd like to have this minor change included in the upcoming Espressif Managed Component releases of wolfSSL and wolfSSH.
See also #8402 but I'd like to have this PR merged first for a clean "post 5.7.6 update".
