This adds a
./pipelines/directory with custom pipelines defined by Wolfi (outside of Melange's built-in pipelines).The first such pipelines are
go-fips/buildandgo-fips/install, which are copies ofgo/{build,install}, just usinggo-fipsinstead ofgo.To do this, we need wolfi-dev/wolfictl#295, which lets
wolfictl textetc learn to look for extra pipelines when determining dependencies.
