🤷 개선할 기능

createdAt 밀리초 제거 기능을 제거한다.

🔨 상세 작업 내용

  • 모든 createdAt의 밀리초 제거하는 부분을 없앤다.

📄 참고 사항

createdAt 을 now와 비교하는 테스트를 삭제한다.
