Audio block unable to upload expected file formats

Description

When attempting to upload files for an Audio, it is not possible to selected expected files. MP3 files are disabled in the file browser.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Insert an Audio block.
2. Tap Upload.
3. Attempt to select an MP3 file.

Unfortunately, this appears to be an issue in Gutenberg core that impacts the web editor in iOS mobile browsers as well. I created WordPress/gutenberg#70119. Closing this.
