Describe the bug
Edit is not supported in reusable blocks, when trying to edit them we display a message telling the user that is not supported yet. This message references the WordPress app even when using the Jetpack, hence we'd have to set the app's name dynamically there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Using the Jetpack app, add a reusable block.
  2. Select the block and tap on it again.
  3. Observe that a bottom sheet is displayed with a message.
  4. Observe that the message references the WordPress app.

Expected behavior
The message should reference the app currently being used (i.e. WordPress / Jetpack).
