由于 Github 对 API 调用的限制，未经授权验证的 API 调用被限制在60次/1H（授权验证之后的调用频率为5000次/1H），具体参考 https://developer.github.com/v3/#rate-limiting ，Flutter Dress 没有实现 Github 的授权验证，因此在使用的过程中注意刷新频率。
