inputout_begin_mo = 0

I cannot find any references in the WRF repo for inputout_begin_mo and inputout_end_mo. The inputout begin and end variables are documented in the User's Guide https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrf_users_guide/build/html/namelist_variables.html#time-control as beginning year, day, hour, minute, and second (respectively) to write 3DVAR data and ending year, day, hour, minute, and second (respectively) to write 3DVAR data.

I do not know what these variables do but one would kind of expect a variable for month. I think this might be the reason how it got accidentally added to the README.namelist. I would like to understand why there is no variable for month. I am working on an namelist.input editor, pre-alpha version is available at https://jiririchter.github.io/WRFDomainWizard/namelist.input.html#test. Understanding these variables better will help me to select the best possible input control.
