当我们在一台 服务器上，或者新的mac系统上，会安装各种软件，去各种网站找，想拥有一款类似 brew这种工具， 来做brew 包含brew的所有功能，且实现一些开发常用的一些功能， 比如在项目中自动打tag标签，自动生成项目readme文件。
