Ballerina Message Broker - 0.970.4

The Ballerina Message Broker (BMB) team is pleased to announce the BMB 0.970.4 release.

Highlights of this milestone release include:

• Forceful AMQP connection close through REST API
• New commands to manage connections and channels through broker cli client
  • Closing AMQP channels
  • Graecfully/forcefully closing AMQP connections
