Tag zero human split bug for multiple study pools

Pipeline fails with the following error ;
Error running functions: Multiple study ids for st::api::lims object, driver - samplesheet, id_run 45805, path samplesheet_45805.csv, position 3, tag_index 0 at /blah/lib/perl5/npg_tracking/util/pipeline_config.pm line 292.

where alignments are off as standard for tag zero but are forced on where just one of the studies has a human split e.g. for run 45805 lane 3 - one study is y-split and one has no split.
