Seems like the current version used in this package is using an outdated vimeo/psalm:

Package webmozart/path-util is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use symfony/filesystem instead.
composer why webmozart/path-util
vimeo/psalm 4.30.0 requires webmozart/path-util (^2.3)

In the latest Code Quality 3 we had to disable Psalm #97 because of dependency issues. Maybe we can enable it again by installing the dev version of Psalm
