Add filename to empty proptypes snippet

I've been using this extension for a while and noted that sometimes you pass props after you created your component. This way you don't have to write the name of the component everytime you use the snippet :)
The other modifications are because my text editor removed the empty lines automatically. Since the other half of the file didn't have them, I hope it isn't a big issue.
