♻️ Consolidate the Platform Helpers classes

Today we have a helper class for both platforms Android and iOS, but:

1. They are in different folders;
2. The classes files have different names;
3. The namespace is very different.

With those items, you can see that isn't easy to find them, if you're a new contributor and very error-prone if you're an old contributor.
