This version of the library exposes the signature hash for certificates, needed for xapi-project/xen-api#4015
It also contains some breaking changes to make sure insecure hashes are not allowed (SHA1): ocaml/opam-repository#15712
This needs a change on xapi on how hostnames are retrieved
