Logs: tags on Cards/Table, Table layout on mobile

Description

• add logbook tags to Cards and Table view
• tables: allow break on words in table fields: multiline rows on narrow screens
• app layout: bring back padding of main page on xl (>1200px) screens
• all chips switched to outline look (stay, tags)
• improve menu in logbook table

Cleanups:

• cleanup of VaXxx to va-xxx
