XCP-ng Center should not display updates from CITRIX

Issue
XCP-ng Center displays available updates for XCP-ng hosts from CITRIX. This is wrong!

Reason
It's a branding issue... CITRIX changed the way to store the update-url. It's now a non-branded setting in Branding/Branding.resx.
This location was not covered by my XCP-ng branding scripts :-/ and I didn't catch this during build and testing this release.

Affected Versions
XCP-ng Center 20.03.0.29

Workaround

• there is not a real workaround :-/
• Do NOT update XCP-ng Servers via XCP-ng Center and/or CITRIX updates

Solution
Change the UPDATES_URL in Branding/Branding.resx to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/xcp-ng/xenadmin-updates/master/updates.xml

NON fixed issue with that
The Updater in XCP-ng 20.03.0.29 is now stuck at the CITRIX url. So we should raise attention to the people using XCP-ng Center 20.03.0.29 via the forum, irc, wiki, etc... to rollback to XCP-ng Center v8.0.1.26 or update quickly when the fix is released.
