Notes
This build is to give anyone using 8.3 a modern version that works with it, There is a plan for a release later in November with some quality
of life changes and will be the actual 24.11 release.
Compatibility to Virtualization Host
- all XCP-ng releases up to 8.3
- XenServer 7.0 or greater up to 8.3 (Unsupported, have no way to test)
