Default is not working for insert ordered list and insert unordered list

Add the bullets and numbers from the insert ordered list and insert the unordered list icon from toolbar. Click the default from insert ordered list and insert unordered list,the changes are not reflecting

Expected behavior:

when we click default the expected result should be:

Actual behavior:

No change after clicking default from ordered list
