So "Remove unused suppress warning annotation" is calling SuppressionAnnotationInspection despite the inspection doing something completely different than written in the text.
This was always the case (here is the original IntelliJ inspection from ~7 years ago)

This option is completely useless and must be removed (it also causes #63)
