Update our dash app. Add a Dockerfile to build the app from Railway. Add all results to the repo using git LFS, which then gets pulled into the container at build time. This is a hacky approach: the docker image ends up being way too big. If I were smarter and had more time, I'd configure the data into a volume instead.
