first version which is still to be polished:

• config is now only default; options as for cxConverter should be appliable
• no error handling for wasm converter
• no detailed code docu
• no specific desription of the plugin
• fake package usage (after CI/CD pipeline with Creoox is ready, the package name will be substituted)
