Add a bit of fun to jstrencode/jstrdecode

If one wishes to discover it they should read the source or check the help or man page. Fix some man pages (jstrencode.1, jstrdecode.1 and jparse.1). Fix some output problems in test_jparse/prep.sh wrt jparse_bug_report.sh.
