Summary

The tab Participants, it will have two options: "Select Team" and "Select Participants". By default, the first option will be checked and a select with all the teams that the user the team admin/stakeholder. If the current user is the super admin, the select should have all the teams as options. If there isn't any team available for the user, a error message should be displayed (check figma's design).
