Feature Request: Environment Deployment Options

Is it possible to have the deployment options set based on the environment?

I have to run test in production but there are many times that I do not run test when deploying to sandbox environments but now I am forced to open the toolingapi.sublime-settings every time I need to deploy to one or the other and make the necessary changes.
