A few files have duplicate licence notices from XMOS.

A bigger concern lies in files in which an XMOS copyright and licence statement has been added but which already contain a copyight notice and a licence statement from another company. Another concern I have is whether we have added copyright and license notices to files that we acquiried from the FreeRTOS organisation under the MIT licence. If that has happened, we need to include the MIT licence statement in these files as well as our own.

After a discussion with @mbanth, we agreed to release fwk_rtos v3.0.5 as it is. The current status of the copyright notices match our understanding of the origin of the source code. If any change must be made relative to the copyright notices, we can create a new release.
