Fix Vocs search issue with local imports

Pin Vocs to v1.0.13 tarball to fix docs site search with local imports in package.json

• Update dependency resolution to fetch vocs from a specific v1.0.13 tarball in package.json and regenerate package-lock.json.
• Add zoom-on-click for three diagrams by importing react-medium-image-zoom and wrapping images in docs/pages/chat-apps/core-messaging/support-group-invite-links.mdx.
• Replace a static cursor flow image with a Mermaid sequenceDiagram and apply a white background container in docs/pages/protocol/cursors.mdx.
• Introduce responsive 16:9 iframe container and diagram background styles in docs/styles.css and update Google Map embed markup in docs/pages/network/network-nodes.mdx.
• Add "groupstate" to the spelling dictionary in cspell.config.json.
