Add a static 404 HTML page to display a styled 'Page not found' message in docs and configure Vercel to rewrite non-asset paths to '/'
Replace the MDX 404 content with a static HTML page and add a Vercel rewrite for all paths without a file extension. See docs/public/404.html and vercel.json.
