Device Sync Refactor and Acknowledgement System

Renamed history_sync to device_sync across bindings and core libraries. Added sync group acknowledgement system and installation handling. Introduced DeviceSync struct to encapsulate sync functionality, added disable_sync_worker option, and modified group query capabilities with activity-based filtering.
