Bug: I refreshed the page and got "XMTP client is required when fetching a conversation by ID"

Describe the bug

I tried using the agents example gm bot.

I started the service and clicked the link given to me in console output (note this is on the dev network).

I signed into xmtp web (likely production) and navigated to the URL.

I messaged the bot 'GM'. The bot crashed (filing a different bug for that)
I refreshed the webpage and got this error.

Expected behavior

I don't get errors when clicking links from xmtp examples to xmtp pages

this should be fixed now. refreshing the page loses the wallet connection. the app will now redirect to / without showing an error. however, you must reconnect your wallet on every refresh. we're working on a solution to make this a better experience.
