According to #720 and other issues, currently using Python < 3.10 will cause many syntax errors.

It is recommended to modify README.md to add the minimum version requirements of Python (3.10).

(Currently only stated: Version 3.x is recommended)

If you don't mind I can open a pull request to modify the README.
