VS Code issue: microsoft/vscode#155035

The unicode char 0x259B (▛) produces the char 0x258C (▌) iin VSCode. Regardless if copied and pasted e.g. from https://unicode-table.com/en/blocks/block-elements/ or as output from Powershell [char]0x259B. Tried in PS5.1, PS7 and Cmdline terminal.

Shells outside of VSCode reproduce the character correctly.

VS Code version: Code 1.69.1 (b06ae3b2d2dbfe28bca3134cc6be65935cdfea6a, 2022-07-12T08:21:24.514Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22000
Restricted Mode: No
