This release provides the ability for the Test Harness to work with the Protocol Verifier at tagged version of 1.3.1-midstage3 version (https://github.com/xtuml/munin/releases/tag/1.3.1-midstage3). This release is backwards compatible but will not work with 1.3.1-midstage2 (https://github.com/xtuml/munin/releases/tag/1.3.1-midstage2) which has an incompatible schema for kafka metrics ingest.
