Set ViewHolder IsClippedToBounds=true not clip content #16

When only set IsClippedToBounds=true for ViewHolder：

MAUICollectionView/DemoTest/Pages/ViewModel.cs

Line 559 in b67911c

this.IsClippedToBounds = true;

ViewHolder is ContentView, this is a known issue: dotnet/maui#8050
