How can I configure with `runsettings.xml` the `MaxParallelThreads`?

Hi xunit team,

I currently searching for a way to use the MaxParallelThreads settings, that is described here with my visual studio test explorer. But currently I have no idea anymore how to configure it. Is there a way to do it?

I actually found it out. It is documented here:

But be aware even with MaxParallelThreads set to example 5 it is still possible that 10 Tests are running. Because it limits only the thread pool that is used. And if some Task in the thread pool is waiting it can start more then 5 Tasks.

A nice way to implement a max limit the parallelization is to use a semaphore in your class fixture that is static.
That will be then shared with all your tests. And you can limit it to example 5. That will guarantee that only 5 Tests are really running in parallel.
