Is there any follow up on this? I have the same issue. It may be related to #111

Restarting Moonlight, psvita or PC doesn't solve the problem.

NVidia Geforce Experience Driver: 446.14
Vita Moonlight version: 0.8.0
Vita Moonlight running on: PSVita PCH-1001

I've made Moonlight work once, than I had this issue #164, updating to version 0.8.0 solve it but created this problem.

I need a test result of https://github.com/MakiseKurisu/vita-sceVideodecInitLibrary-test in PSTV & vita 2k.
I use vita 1k and it seems doesn't support 1920x1080 resolution.
so, I'll add pre-tester to detect supporting resolution into the configure section.
and also I'll add some more 16:9 resolutions.

Add some more resolutions and predetect resolutions from it.
`sceVideodecInitLibrary` would return the negative value if input the
invalid param (most time it would be invalid resolution)

also it prevent to change the resolution after starting the streaming.
