Blindly using pip against system Python packages in RHEL based systems is a direct recipe to disaster.
Added notes about the existing prebuilt package.

I completely agree that providing RPM package instead of using pip is the most appropriate way to deploy Python-written software on CentOS/RHEL systems.

However, I believe this project should not use third-party repository which even does not provide SRPMS to make sure that RPM packages are built properly.

I do not want to be rude, but there is no guarantee that RPM package does not contain any malicious code. I assume that Yandex RPM repository is much more preferrable candidate to be a trustworthy package hosting.
