rework stress tests

Чтобы санитайзер не ругался на питонячьи программы, как тут https://storage.yandexcloud.net/ydb-gh-logs/ydb-platform/ydb/Regression-whitelist-run/13304209484/ya-x86-64-tsan/try_2/ya-test.html#FAIL

Суть в том, что ворклоады уехали в отдельную библиотеку, а тест и программа используют ее.
