Yieldmo synthetic inventory module

This is an example of Yieldmo Synthetic Inventory module. It can place YM SDK tag with a minimum configuration:

I am not 100% sure, but it seems to me that we are trying to use prebid.js modules in a wrong way. in the documentation there is a page with description of module types and also technical restrictions https://docs.prebid.org/dev-docs/module-rules.html. Our module does not look suitable for any of the module types, but there is still Other type and we can consider our module as module of this type. But one of the first technical restrictions is not to load 3th party scripts: Modules must(*) not load outside code files unless those libraries are approved and open source.. There are some exceptions from this restriction, but i do not think that our case will fit any of them.

But we still need to confirm it with prebid.js. So let's create a PR to their repo and wait for the feedback.

I think it's better to use yieldmo instead of ym in the file name, because you plan to merge this code to the external repo, and ym is not clear for other folks.
I.e. yieldmoSyntheticInventoryModule.js, and the same with spec.
